  • Weekly running plans (can be released in 3-4 week increments for busy athletes that require more notice of time commitments).

  • Plan will have detailed goal paces, distance & intensity to help you reach your fitness goals.

  • Your training plan easily accessible via online training platform (Training Tilt). Integrated app allows athlete to view their training plan on the go and also review video instruction in the app. No more managing your data with excel - connect your Garmin or Strava to Training Tilt and your coach will be able to use the data to create custom training just for you.   • Plan will include runners strength training, mobility, and stretching with easy access to video library.

  • Unlimited access to coach via email and text.

  • One monthly phone call/check-in initiated by athlete.

  • Training and race recovery guidelines.

  • Injury advice and modification of training schedule.

  • Race preparation advice and strategy.

  • Form analysis (record your form and submit via email).

If necessary due to injury/medical conditions, any package may be frozen for one month at no additional cost. Coach D will work with athletes on a case by case basis for any issues requiring a longer recovery.
