Custom designed training plans to help you achieve your goals. Athlete will provide current training metrics to Coach D and identify goals. Coach D will provide strength, conditioning, running and mobility planning in alignment with your goal & your lifestyle.

Turnaround time for custom PDF plans is 7-10 business days.

Training is not a cookie cutter approach, we all have different needs and goals. This training is best for the athlete that does not need regular touch bases and can execute work independently. Coach D recommends this training for any distance - from the one mile to a marathon! The length of time committed to the training is the defining factor.

Looking to train for a marathon? Coach D suggests planning for a 12-16 week training cycle. Is it crunch time for your PT test? Try a 4 or 8 week training cycle. Have 8-12 weeks of “down time” between races or training cycles? Consider a 8-12 week training plan to work on improving your mobility, strength or technique.

1:1 Bronze plans include:

  • Plan will have detailed goal paces, distance & intensity to help you reach your fitness goals.

  • Plan will include runners strength training, mobility, and stretching.

  • Unlimited access to coach via email.

  • Option to add race preparation and strategy phone call.
