From start to finish - Coach D will guide you to the finish line. Over 12 weeks, athletes will receive training workouts complete with intervals, recovery runs & guidance on how to complete your distance runs (aka the long run!).

While these plans are not customized, the training paces and interval recommendations are. You will not be left hanging with a mileage only plan. Each athlete will receive recommended paces for their ability.

Currently running 5 miles or for 75 mins (can be a run/walk combo).

Level 2

Currently running 6-8 miles or with a goal of running sub 2/2:15. Ideally completing a half marathon or 10 miler in the past 12 months.
