Initial session will include a gait analysts, strength analysis and provide feedback. On-going sessions include running technique drills, pacing, breathing and skill work.

  • Coach D will join you for a medium/long run and support you with your pace

  • Get faster -Coach D will meet with you at the track where she will direct track drills specific to your running goals

  • Get information - Coach D will answer your fueling, hydration and nutrition questions, and provide tips and mental strategies to help you succeed on race day

  • Get better form - Coach D will suggest and work through strength and conditioning exercises, and provide tips on taking your fitness to the next level
