Masters Athletes

Masters Athlete - sounds so much better than geriatic runner right? Did you know that once you turn 40 you qualify for additional awards at races? That new category is "Masters Athlete". You become part of an elite group, a group that is regarded as having a high amount of proficiency in their sport. Masters athletes need to approach their training differently than they did when they were 22. At Run with Coach D, we understand those difference. We get that committing 2 hours a day to a workout (like in your 20's) is just not possible.

We love to keep our Masters athletes at the top of their game.

Jim worked with Coach Ambyr to train for the Houston Marathon. He finished at 5:01:00!

1:1 Gold (4 month)

Athlete will be provided monthly training tailored to their paces and goals. Best for beginner and intermediate runners looking for a structured running & strength plan.

1:1 Silver (6 month)
$109.00 every month for 6 months

Silver coaching will no longer be accepting new athletes as of December 1, 2024. All current athletes will not be affected.

Great for athletes looking for a coached road map with guidance and check in's along the way. Coach D will provide oversight and review of the training plan written by one of her trusted coaches. Together they create a training plan with the athlete's goal in mind. Coaches will be accessible for questions and clarifications via email.

This plan can be tailored for any distance or fitness goal!

Once your Coach receives your commitment, you will receive your training questionnaire and new athlete registration!

1:1 Strength Coaching (12 month)
$140.00 every month for 1 year

Ideal for athletes looking to add structure strength training to their fitness program. Supplemental coaching to Run Coaching or on its own as a compliment to your existing training program.

Strength Training is a customized coaching plan that guides that athlete through progressive weight lifting workouts specific to their sport. This is a great option for endurance athletes looking to include more in depth strength training to their training program.
