Breaking away from the speed and stress of a 5K or 10K, the 10 Miler tests an athletes threshold ability and a runners strength.

Over 10 weeks, athletes will build their ability to hold threshold efforts for longer periods of time while developing resilience to the demands of the double digit distance.

Level 1

Current long run 2-3 miles or for 30 minutes (can be a run/walk combo by start week). Goal to finish strong.

Level 2

Current long run 5+ miles or with a goal of running sub 90 minutes on race day.

I know you may be ready to start tomorrow, but we're a small team! Please be patient as we set up your training profile and review your details to set you up for success. Set up may take 1-2 business days, not including weekends.
