Level 1
Currently running 5 miles or for 75 mins (can be a run/walk combo). For runners targeting their first half marathon, target finish time 2:30 and above or a runner seeking a lower volume training plan.
Level 2
Currently running 6-8 miles or with a goal of running sub 2/2:15. Ideally completing a half marathon or 10 miler in the past 12 months. For runners targeting a sub-2:15 goal or seeking a performance-focused training experience that helps you push limits safely.
