Maggie crushed her first marathon at 50 years old and her entire family came out to support her.
I took my education to the next level and added the Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism™ coaching certification to my certifications.
I found that I was able to guide women not just through the physical side of their transformation into motherhood but also their “athlete brain”. Seeing my clients go week to week, remaining strong and maintaining confidence in their ever changing bodies was empowering.
Coaching them through their new postpartum body and seeing them resist the urge to “bounce back” while they simply enjoyed their movement and bonding with their baby. Watching them evolve into a new athlete as they navigate the toddler years and learn to be adaptable & flexible.
It isn’t about bouncing back, it’s about carving a new way forward.

Ideal for athletes looking to add structure strength training to their fitness program. Supplemental coaching to Run Coaching or on its own as a compliment to your existing training program.
Strength Training is a customized coaching plan that guides that athlete through progressive weight lifting workouts specific to their sport. This is a great option for endurance athletes looking to include more in depth strength training to their training program.

From start to finish - Coach D will guide you to the finish line. Over 12 weeks, athletes will receive training workouts complete with intervals, recovery runs & guidance on how to complete your distance runs (aka the long run!).
Each week’s workouts are strategically designed to build endurance, increase speed, and prevent burnout , so you’re not just checking boxes, you’re improving purposefully.
With recommended paces tailored to your ability, you’ll train with clarity instead of guessing what works best.
While these plans are not customized, the training paces and interval recommendations are. You will not be left hanging with a mileage only plan. Each athlete will receive recommended paces for their ability. AND stretch goals to help you close the gap from your current fitness to your goal fitness.
