Meet Our Athletes:
New Runners

Danielle coaches athletes of all abilities. Whether you’re training for your first 5K or to qualify for Boston, she has a comprehensive training plan for you. Beginner athletes can expect foundational skill work, strength training, and building a solid running foundation.

Coach D strives to bring the joy of running to each athlete - regardless of finishing time and running pace.

Kedisha reached out to Coach D with the goal of running a 5K. She was walking regularly and doing at home strength training workouts, but running always held her back. She was able to get to running 1.5-2 miles on her own but needed more guidance to reach her goal! Coach D put together a custom training plan to help her with her form and to bring her closer to her goal. Were some of the runs tough? YUP! But week over week Kedisha's easy runs became easier and she was able to sustain her running pace longer and longer. A 5k is now no match for her!

“My journey with running started after a long evaluation and research process but ultimately I found Coach D via internet search. She is amazing!! She met me where I was and made sure the program was fit for me; she was motivating, flexible and willing to make adjustments, where necessary, due to my work travel schedule. I never knew that I would get so hooked on running, thanks to Coach D. I would strongly recommend working with Coach D!!”

5K Team Training
$49.00

The 5K is one of the most demanding races you can run. It is the most aerobic distance most runners will encounter and if you desire to improve your time using a dedicated training plan can take you there.

Over 6 weeks, athletes will build three main areas of performance: their aerobic engine, running strength (speed, power and strength) and mental toughness.

This is also a great program to use in the off season to develop strength in the final 5K of a marathon or half marathon (not to be used in conjunction with a marathon or other long distance training program).

10 Miler Team Training
$189.00

The 10 Miler a step before the half is a great way to get yourself ready for double digit distances.

Breaking away from the speed and stress of a 5K or 10K, the 10 Miler tests an athletes threshold ability and a runners strength.

Over 10 weeks, athletes will build their ability to hold threshold efforts for longer periods of time while developing resilience to the demands of the double digit distance.

1:1 Gold (4 month)
$155.00 every month for 4 months

Athlete will be provided monthly training tailored to their paces and goals. Best for beginner and intermediate runners looking for a structured running & strength plan.
